Recognised for creating lean, high performing teams optimising operational performance through, change, digital and diversification.

David J Wilkes - Partner (Global Supply Management Eurasia – West Asia)

With over 30 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing, project management and global sourcing from all corners of the world this has given me the experience, knowledge and network of trusted sources required to support businesses need for supplying low-cost competitive components through to fully manufactured assemblies underpinned by the highest of quality standards.

I have worked within most major sectors of industry from oil & gas, automotive, construction and aerospace. My goal is to support business needs in providing alternate material supply as part of cost down programs in support of remaining competitive in a global market

With over 30years of experience in the manufacturing sector, Mike is a results-driven executive known for turning around underperforming businesses and driving sustainable growth. As Chairman, CEO and Managing Director he has successfully led numerous organisations through a comprehensive transformation, improving operational efficiency, enhancing product quality, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Mike began his career on the factory floor as a management trainee within US listed company Bowater, gaining first hand experience in manufacturing processes and supply chain management. He quickly advanced through various leadership roles, where he pioneered initiatives that not only streamlined operations but also boosted employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

An avid learner he has built a strong understanding of what makes businesses work, emphasizing strategic management and organizational behaviour. He is passionate about leveraging technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and improve productivity. Under his leadership, businesses have achieved remarkable milestones, including operational transformation increasing productivity. efficiencies and growth and diversification into new markets.
